1. Requirements gathering

The project began with a discovery session to understand Sangeeta Traders’ global trade operations, core services (sourcing, logistics, compliance, market analysis), target markets, competitive landscape, and expectations for a professional digital presence.

2. Research & Analysis

After gathering initial requirements, I conducted in-depth research and analysis to inform the website strategy. This involved reviewing competitors’ trading company websites, identifying global industry trends in import-export branding, and analyzing user behavior patterns relevant to B2B clients. These insights guided the site’s structure, content layout, and SEO approach, ensuring the final product reflects Sangeeta Traders’ international credibility and stands out in the competitive global trade market.

3. Branding Assets Creation

To ensure a cohesive and professional digital presence, I collaborated with the Sangeeta Traders team to refine and align key branding assets. This included optimizing their corporate logo usage, selecting brand-consistent colors and typography, and creating visual elements that convey trust, global reach, and industry authority. These assets formed the foundation for a consistent design language across the website and other digital touchpoints.

Wireframe & UI Design. UI Design & Prototyping

I created detailed wireframes to define the website’s layout, user flow, and content hierarchy. This step ensured intuitive navigation and a clear presentation of Sangeeta Traders’ core services for their B2B audience. The wireframes acted as a blueprint for aligning client expectations and streamlining the transition to UI design. Based on the approved wireframes and refined branding assets, I crafted high-fidelity UI designs that reflected Sangeeta Traders’ corporate identity and global presence. Interactive prototypes were then developed to demonstrate user experience and functionality, enabling the client to visualize the final product and provide feedback before development began.

4. Custom Website Development

Using modern web technologies, I developed a fully responsive and SEO-optimized corporate website tailored to Sangeeta Traders’ global trading operations. The site was built for fast performance, intuitive navigation, and clear presentation of services such as sourcing, logistics, compliance, and market analysis—enhancing credibility, user engagement, and lead generation.

5. Testing & QA

Thorough testing was conducted across devices and browsers to validate flawless functionality, responsive layouts, and fast performance. I carried out extensive quality assurance checks to detect and resolve potential issues, ensuring a seamless, reliable, and consistent user experience before the website’s launch.

6. Client Training

After launch, I provided practical training sessions and detailed documentation that enabled the Sangeeta Traders team to manage website content and handle routine updates independently. This empowered them to sustain a professional digital presence with efficiency and confidence, without relying on ongoing developer support.
