Feltron one of the finest and oldest names in Black & White televisions and Colour televisions and the Pride of thousands of homes all over the country for 50 years is proud to announce that they have entered the world of White Consumer Goods & Appliances with a new concept and style for a new India with the same old legacy of Feltron Brand. The client's requirement was to build a new e-commerce platform with both B2B and B2C features. We suggested a custom PHP website to support user registrations for bulk buying and direct-to-consumer sales. The platform included key features such as an E-Catalogue, Video Gallery, and Corporate Video, along with user login capabilities, order history, and a wishlist. Additional functionalities comprised order tracking, an affiliate partner program, and advanced search features. The platform also featured an SEO-optimized backend, sales reporting for both B2B and B2C, and a CRM system for monitoring B2B leads.

1. Requirements gathering session

The client's requirement was to create a new e-commerce platform with both B2B and B2C capabilities. We recommended a custom PHP website to facilitate user registrations for bulk buying and direct-to-consumer sales. The platform was designed with essential features, including an E-Catalogue, Video Gallery, and Corporate Video. It also provided user login, order history, and a wishlist. Additional functionalities included order tracking, an affiliate partner program, and advanced search features. The site featured an SEO-optimized backend, comprehensive sales reporting for B2B and B2C, and a CRM system for tracking B2B leads.

2. Research & Analysis

The research and analysis process involved identifying key competitors to benchmark their strategies and market positioning for UI, B2B and B2C functionalities, CRM dashboards, reporting structures, and website backend features. This included evaluating opportunities for differentiation, developing user personas through surveys and behavior analysis. Additionally, the process assessed the technical requirements to ensure the feasibility of the proposed features.

3. Wireframe

Following the discussion on the research report, we proceeded to plan the wireframe design. The wireframe was developed to provide a detailed visual representation of the proposed features, ensuring clarity and coherence in the design. This approach aimed to facilitate effective design implementation and address all identified requirements, including UI elements, B2B and B2C functionalities, and backend features.

4. UI Design & Prototyping

After thoroughly reviewing the client's feedback, the design was adjusted and finalized for the next phase. The completed layout, along with graphical assets and other essential elements, was shared with the frontend developer via Figma. This process ensured that all aspects of the design were accurately implemented into the website’s frontend.

5. Web Development

After receiving approval for the wireframes and UI style guide, we began the UI design creation process. This involved transforming the wireframes into high-fidelity designs while adhering to the established UI style guide. The focus was on developing visually appealing layouts and integrating the approved design elements to ensure consistency and coherence throughout the entire website.

6. Testing & staging

Conducted thorough website testing to ensure top security and identify vulnerabilities, including backend tests and reporting functionalities. The process involved assessing user flows for smooth navigation and optimal user experience, as well as evaluating lead flow and other critical backend elements. A strong emphasis was placed on safeguarding user data and privacy while ensuring that all features performed effectively and efficiently.

7. Client Training & Handover

After completing the deployment process, we organized comprehensive client training and handover sessions to ensure a seamless transition to website management. These sessions included instruction on content updates, user engagement strategies, analytics interpretation, and basic troubleshooting. We also provided detailed documentation and support materials to help the client effectively manage and optimize the website's performance post-launch.
