1. Requirements gathering

The requirements gathering phase involved closely collaborating with the client, ATOM Audio & Visuals, to understand their business goals, target audience, and key functionalities needed for the website. This included identifying essential features such as service listings, contact forms, SEO priorities, and the desired visual style to align with their premium brand image. Clear documentation of these needs ensured the design and development phases stayed focused on delivering a user-friendly, conversion-driven, and SEO-optimized website.

2. Research & Analysis

During the Research & Analysis phase, I conducted a thorough study of the sound system rental market in Dubai and the UAE, including competitor websites and industry trends. This helped identify key keywords for SEO, user expectations, and design best practices for event and AV rental services. The insights gathered informed the site structure, content strategy, and technical SEO setup, ensuring the website would be optimized to attract and convert the target audience effectively.

3. Brand Identity

For ATOM Audio & Visuals, the brand identity was crafted to reflect a premium and professional image suitable for a high-end sound system rental service. This included selecting a modern color palette, clean typography, and visual elements that convey clarity, reliability, and technical expertise.
